Name of the website ?

HI , i think it is not correct place to post this but i searched everywhere did'nt find where to post .

Few days before i found a website in which you can search deeply in Facebook & Twitter like if you want to search that where word "blackhatworld" is discussed or written . This website tell where particular word is used and also Whether it has Negitive review or Positive review.

Many Big MNCs use this website to track their unhappy customers.
