name cheap coupon?

does name cheap have any active coupons for new domain registration because as i saw the price is for com is around 8 usd
i saw porkbun has a price around 4usd and 1&1 only 1usd,why so much difference?Which one is better from your experience?

i stick with namesilo. cheap and easy. like somebody i know.

namecheap has bad politics. ive seen people get their domains terminated for stuff they didn't like (but popular by bhw standards). for that reason i stay away. plus they donate money to some organizations i may or may not like. vote with your dollars right?

1&1 is decent and i own a few specialty TLD's there. but their renewal fees are steep so i would never use for typical .com's.

all domain registrars generally do the same thing. lease you a domain and let you adjust the dns records. everything else is extra.

the prices vary on their promotions. like you can buy $4 .com domain right now with the special coupon you mentioned. ok but what's the renewal rate going to be next year? $15 with fee's and tax? yeah right. those big promo's fine for churn and burn assuming you won't want that domain for the years to come. so lesson here is you can pay the cheap intro price but dyor on what the renewal price will be. usually you're paying too much.

yeah i got it straight to the point,i might use porkbun or name silo they both have around the same renewal fee

First 3 domains on Porkbun are quite cheap.

yeah i saw it ,i tried to experiment a little it allows you to buy the domain name with this price for 2 years but not for three ,when you choose 3 years automatically the price goes at 8 ,but still remains very good value
