thank you kind sir. this is my understanding. i notice this in backlink profiles of even new sites they went aggressive and are rewarded whereas those with many money-anchors especially from beginning including myself in the past are slapped down.It's one of the most popular anchors of a natural link profile. Because of this you can use them in large quantities freely.

For generic like Go to site. what if i happen to have an instance of the word "site" in my article but its not targeting this word per say, not in the title or h tags even, is this considered now an optimized link or still generic?For new sites start with brand & naked links, slowly diverse with generic terms, long tails. Less % of links goes to main anchors. Depends on the site the strategy will vary.
