n00b question: doing multiple registrations, what needed?

Hi, a proxy n00b question. I am not doing xrumer or stuff like that, but set up multiple forum accounts, multiple dig account, for basically WH sites backlinks and votes. I don't care to be traced back or what not, since I am not doing anything harmful.

What is the minimum I need for this. Tried proxy scanning from public lists using multiproxy, but there must be a better way?

Also thinking of bookmarkingdemon. What would be a good proxy set up with that.

Free: use public proxies
Commercial: get cheap proxies and make sure not to get a botnet proxy

Cloakfish would be fine for this purpose.

If you mainly want highspeed when doing this: get private proxies, you can get em for 1.5-2$ /proxy & month in cheapest cases

@justone, thanks a lot for the info. Can you refer me to some places that provide private proxies for 1.5- $2.

Also, I hear some forums have really good lists posted. Is that true, or is it basically a recycle of old stuff. If they are good, which forums u recommend.
