Myspace sold for 35M

They did not lost 500 million. They had a deal with Google worth 280 millions and that's probably the reason why they did not sold earlier.

I doubt they've lost too much money, they monetized it good while they were still on top but Google probably lost a lot on that deal.

FB worth $70 bn while the owner can only nail one half-average asian chick? man he really must have some low self esteem he is probably all crying on her shoulder and shit but JUST about gets away with it bec of $70,000,000,000 .... anything less and she would be outta there, that's a lesson for you bartman, just get 70 bn$ and you too can cry on shoulders and still get laid
actually they have been together for a long time, way before he became so successful , so just because he got more $$$ he should dump her and get a hotter gf? :tool:

lol what are you talking about? Dont you realize rich people usually have their own secret whores? Their wives are usually ugly but they usually have secrets. You are moron if you want a hot chick as your wife. She will rip off half of your money in long run.

Myspace was too spammy. Even when facebook started getting all the people and myspace started getting raped in the butt they didn't stop with the flashing banners on users' face. They thought too short term, like a noob.

I could see the place being revitalized and becoming popular within the celeb / paparazzi / wannabe celeb niche. It's already got that nasty sex thing going on which quite fits in with JT's niche. All the hipsters would flock to it again, because it's so trash it's cool again.

This is a good site for 5 minutes of time wasting. Apparently JT has $70million. http://www.celebritynetworth.com/

having said that, LOOK at fiverr, theyve gone and built quite a decent 'little' business in a very short period of time, so that kind of defeats my argument :p

No, that's for your arguement, people are already putting up competing sites.

thats what i meant, 'honest guv!' but yeahhh, you got me there ;)

Never been impressed by Timberlake but looks like he has good advisors. 6 years ago Myspace was a T-Rex. Now its the world's largest T-Bone. When they finish grinding it into hamburgers the sum parts will equal more than the whole of Timberlake's initial investment. Smart!

I actually liked myspace more. but then it got all slow and spammy. I liked writing blogs and having my friends reply about what I wrote-- Facebook notes isn't the same thing.. I like the profile options more on myspace, but they need to limit all the crazy ish that takes forever to load.

I actually can't talk shit though I found my current girlfriend there 6 years ago hah and were still going strong.
