myspace was always *awful*
It was never anywhere near as big as Facebook. Myspace always appealed more to the younger crowd, where-as Facebook appeals to everyone and is much cleaner. There's no way the 25+ crowd are going to move to myspace, noooo way, not a chance.
It would take something new, clean and fresh to get the Facebook users.
