Myspace is coming back. Need a working friend adder

I was wondering if there still is a free working friend adder.

I want to be ahead of the jump before everyone gets back on there.

Preferably for Mac, but I have a pc too so either one would be fine.

I hear spyder works but I cant find a crack

Myspace coming back? lol Oh wow, that is an interesting statement to make. They will never reach the heights they did before, in the field they were in, which is why they reloaded as a site that mostly caters to musicians.

So to correct you, they will (are) be back, but not in the past form.
 
How do you want to search for people?
Been a long time since I was on Myspace :)
 
Um for now I guess it would be by activity, since a lot of myspace accounts are inactive, Would that by possible?
 
And do you think it's a good idea to target them for niche other than Music?

Well everyone always complains about facebook, I think the customization of myspace will bring a lot of people back to the site.
 
MySpace is History and It will remain in History forever.
 
Probably - how do you search by activity though?
Had a quick look and can't find an easy way of doing that - although it is early in the morning and I haven't had my coffee yet :D
 
They been saying for the last two years myspace will make a comeback but I dont see it happening.
 
It's like this is a good statement, I will be soon checking how things going there and if its worth doing bots for it.
 
Most bands are still active so that would work, But also there is a feature called "New Friends" on there. Im sure those people are active who are listed. Maybe a scraper for them?
 
Ah got it....if you go to people search you can list the people on last login time, that looks the way to go.
If I get a spare hour this evening I will try to slap something together - not promising anything as I have beer in the fridge as well :D
 
It still has a good Alexa rank ... meaning traffic is still pretty good even though they've been declining
