No one replied but I will. I use to be big in the lead business and can tell you the options in which they are doing.
A. They bought a feed and are inserting the leads into your auto responder. If you are lucky they are cleaning and scrubbing then first. Problem here is most likely 100 people buy the feed. These hundred people sell the leads from the feed to recoup their investment or spam them. You might get a little action but it will be very little.
B. They are using a co-op script. This means they are buying a lot of traffic and then everyone gets the same leads. This is troublesome because you do not know how many people are spamming those leads.
I actually bought into something like this before. The difference was it was geared towards people selling solo ads and they only wanted daily payment as they knew you could at least sell 100 clicks a day. You could. You made about 40.00 they wanted 15.00 a day.. Rest was profit. Longer you was in the now you made as the bigger your list was. Problem was you AR would occasionally be shut down due to spam complaints. Even if you where not spamming because of them being spammed to death and they get upset and start making everyone as spam.
To answer your question. You might see some mild success with this. Yet it will be short lived. It will end up being a headache. However if you want to jump in and learn how to email with leads and how to earn cash with then this might be okay for you as a start.

He is also offering a custom mailing solution. This has fail written all over it as I'm sure he is not going to let you know it takes months of hard work or a lot of money not to be sent to spam from fresh ips. I say or money as you can buy mailing ips that are already have a reputation but it is very costly.
