Mylikes payment

Hello. As I see mylikes pay monthly and minimum payment is 20$. But why I see people say that they get payemnt weekly and I see payment proofs for 5$?

"If your lifetime earnings on MyLikes is less than $500, and your pending balance is more than $2, then you will be paid every Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST). You will be paid for the clicks that have accrued to your account in the last week, excluding the most recent 48 hour period - MyLikes holds funds from the most recent 48 hours of clicks to verify their accuracy. Once you have earned more than $500 on your account, you will then be changed to the monthly payment schedule described above."
