Mylikes have stop giving me offers that pay over .035 even though my quality score is 350+, and I made a new account and they gave me the same offers as they give my older account. I tried it once more, and they start giving me .20 .15 offers again. I tried again and kept getting low offers, how can I make new accounts and get higher offers?
