Just make your own gallery site with Adsense on it, throw in some cheap rate CPM ads too, and cut out the middle man already...

First of all make it a 10 page gallery, so they will want to click through 10 of your webpages. Secondly, remember your traffic is vast majority mobile, make sure you have a mobile site with mobile ad blocks. And finally a decent RPM would be about $5-$7, I've seen higher on better accounts though. But remember each visitor or click is viewing multiple pageviews, so per 1000 clicks $20 is solid.
Why don't you do a landing page and drive traffic to your affiliate links? Strategy is to use landing page (Choose a service similar to Aweber and provide free landing page hosting)
Next, drive traffic to your landing page whereby you can capture traffics email and contact
Third step direct them to your affiliate link offer.
As long as you have real traffics, this technique should make you more money than mylikes. My suggestion is to focus on a specific niche product.

What network would you suggest? Could i still use the mylikes content by framing it with my adds on the outside, doubling up so to speak?

You could double up with Mylikes web links, but I wouldn't bother really. You'll just run into the same problems. As for CPM networks whatever you can get into, but you'll need to have a site with decent traffic stats to apply, so you may need to wait a month or so before adding the CPM ads. The predominant ad form should be Adsense though.
So you connect him with companies who need promotions? If you just use Adsense or some other ad network, you're the same thing as Mylikes, a middle man to another ad network, which is a middle man to the advertiser.
Common sense is two people between you and the advertiser = major pay cut. 1 is necessary in most cases, but 2 is too much.

Anytime you start to see dramatic changes in value you can expect a company to be either going bust or making small rips from
people affiliated with them. Either way it is very difficult to keep working with someone so unpredictable for steady cash flow.

I currently have multiple fan pages where I'm pushing traffic. I have 5 fan pages that I'm using mylikes now and it seems like you know how to take the next step in monetizing are you interested in a jv? I would build and push traffic I need someone to monetize the traffic. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I have a 330k fan page and was making 1900 a week now I can barely make 60 dollars. With Facebook changing and killing half our fanbase from seeing us you'd think Mylikes would pay more aggressively to keep us using them.
