Mylikes CPC questions?

Does anyone use mylikes have a high CPC? Mine in $0.015 a click which doesn't earn me anything. I'm just curious if anyone has a higher CPC and how to achieve that.

because people like to rip off advertisers with fraud traffic and mylikes turns a blind eye to it, you cant expect much more.

I used to make decent money with them as an advertiser. now you set a budget, and its gone in a few hours with nothing to the sales page and sometimes consecutive ip's.
