Hey guys, when I try to post a mylikes link to twitter I get this notice

    "
Oops! A URL in your Tweet appears to link to a page that has spammy or unsafe content."
when I was using Mylikes in December I had no issues. Did twitter start banning Mylikes recently?

I was hoping to use some for my client to generate some side income for them. Made some promises and now afraid I can't deliver.

If Twitter has blocked it, any way around it?

Have you tried cloaking the URL? Put it in an URL shortener and not only will you get more accurate tracking of the number of clicks that your link receives, you should be able to post whatever link you like.

If I use a url shortener like google, when you click on it you get "[h=2]The site you were trying to visit may be unsafe!"[/h]
so I guess that answers the question. Twitter has put the Big Block on Mylikes.

Its actually funny ironic that Mylikes would get banned - seeing how easily and mindlessly they ban their own users.

Just use your own domain name then make it redirect to the mylikes page. It will take twitter some time to filter your website.

You can also use your own custom domain name. I actually got a free domain from them. LOL

Even if you manage to work your way around from your link getting blocked, the fact that likes.com is blocked on Twitter pretty much spells the fate of Mylikes...

Mylikes is NOT blocked on Twitter.
When you post to much Mylikes links on Twitter or Facebook, the domain that you use to post the links gets marked as spam.
You then just have to change the domain and you are good to go.
