I just picked up the domain and want to create a website for promoting cam & adult programs. Being new to making money online, anyone have any ideas on what all I can do to make the most money?

Fix your preferences on google to stop filtering. Research adult affiliates or such. Many affiliate sites have content, ideas, and some have restrictions. It's a fun and exciting journey but make sure your hosting company permits adult content. If it doesn't there are plenty of free and premium hosting companies that host adult content.
