My Youtube Test .. With OWNTUBE

Hi Ya All. So I dropped 1800 on this program without thinking about it twice :)

I thought I would keep a diary for the a bit and see what happens.

Thursday 7/9
-Bought OWNTUBE 1800.00

Friday: 7/10
-Bought 20 domains .info ringtones domains 3.89 each
-Set up redirects on 5 michael jackson ringtones domains JV

Saturday: 7/11
-Made a fresh youtube account (michael jackson ringtones niche)
-Uploaded 20 MP3 songs on the FTP - OWNTUBE
-Created vidoe with MP3 Songs with OWNTUBE

Sunday: 7/12
-Uploaded all video's into youtube account all 20 MP3 Songs (took under 10 minutes to upload)
-Set up about 15 domains related to ringtones JV
-Uploaded 300 MP3 Various artists
STATS=57 views (3 clicks on affiliate link) on youtube, 1 Subscriber

Monday: 7/13
-Created 11 MP3 michael jackson related
-Uploaded 11 MP3 on youtube account
-Creating 300 MP3 Video's Various artists

Tuesday: 7/14 PLAN
-Uploaded 300 MP3

Wednesday: 7/15 PLAN
-Voice over harry potter new movie and upload as many different variations that I can in a 3 hour span.

Also, you paid what? 1800?

it's nice to see if owntube really is worth of it price..$1800 and +$100 per month is IMHO ridiculous and 57 views and 3 click that's pretty low rate..

but I hope you success
 
Man $1800 + 12x$100 per year is $3000 this is 1000 man hours if outsourced. Maybe I'm missing pieces of the picture but this is exactly what you can do with photo story for windows which is free. Except that you should manually pick images from google but here comes outsourcing for $3/hour.

Good luck to you but I would've paid like $250 tops plus no membership for that. Even though it looks like an awesome tool its not that awesome.
 
Can we stick to the results and stop complaining about the price. Im just simple stating results. I just started to use it so yeah its going to start slow until I get the videos uploaded.
 
Where did you got info domains for 3.89?
you can get them for 0.89 at Godaddy...or for 1.99 at other places

That's exactly what I was saying. The creation power is awesome but for the price is should create accounts on private proxies, upload like 5 vids then create a new one. Multi threaded if possible.
 
I get them at namecheap since all my domains are there. I mean to put 2.00 or something like that.
 
I have purchased around $1000 total in youtube software and I have paid over $5K for youtube related services, frankly this doesn't look special. I wouldn't buy it for $50, looks like too much work to make a lot of money with that software even with the automation. Good luck anyway... I am just saying watermarking slideshows is not an effective way to promote ringtones. I did see some slideshows last night for the recent UFC fight where they were pushing a codebreaker page for "exclusive" footage, I think this would work for that sort of thing, but not music videos... So I'd recomend trying something like that.

You obviously have no idea what this app is capable of, do some research before you critique.
 
Well I have other ideas, however I wanted to get this up and running easily with ringtones first. I prefer it much over other softwares b/c I can log in through my work and do stuff on it without getting into trouble. I love the web based instead of desktop based.
 
these software / coaching / services prices lately are ridiculous. There are no limits in charging anymore + someone nowadays almost can't buy anything without monthly membership ( a year ago you could buy great tools for 50-100, today you can't buy anything below 200-300 ' 50/month, but I guess prices wouldn't be so high if there is no enough of potential buyers. I don't know for this software ( definitely, I wouldn't pay that money for it ) but there is a handful number of softwares that are worth few hundreds or more... al others are crap and doen't worth more than $50 but suckers keep buying them, and "gurus" keep producing them.

I just refuse to buy anything like that. If some tool / method is worth 1000/2000 and 50/100 per month, nobody would sell it. I certainly wouldn't ;)
 
Well I'm glad u guys ruined my thread. Thanks alot. Do you not what it means to stay on topic and not debate the software???? There is a thread already opened for debating the software .. go there with your opinions.

Mods please close thread I will just make a new one and connect to a blog so the tube haters cant ruin it again.

Its fucked up that you people couldnt just let this person have their diary without turning it into a owntube price discussion page.

I see how this could have a return if you use it every day for a long time... I'd love to see what kind of results you get. Also, I think that you are taking a big hit purchasing all those domains... I think all you need is maybe one ringtone related domain and you can create subdomains for individual campaigns- ie: http://mj.ringtonesnow.info for michael jackson.
Maybe if you get a good benchmark of how much traffic this actually generates it might be worth it to redirect to pages with CPM ads. Or generate targeted traffic and stuff it. Don't mind the haters, keep updating the thread :)
