Yes. Its ok to go with AI voice but must have a realistic AI voice.
Never share your business name/specifics in forums like this - it's already a lot that you shared your niche. It probably won't bring you any benefits, only possibilities are people copying you etc.
With that said, nice progress.
How many videos do you post every week? How long it takes you to get 1 video ready? And how much does it cost?

My Niche is Recap Review niche
Thanks for the heads up bro. For now I post 1-2 Videos weekly. Cost per Video ranges $30 - $90. If I get a Claim/Copyright Block, the cost increases as I use a Service to get the Claim lifted.

Increase of Oraganic Views take time. But if you upload periodically it will slowly gain. Yes. Copyright Issues is a headache. Two Months ago I got a Strike but after taking some measures was able to get it lifted. However, try to avoid them by fine tuning Editing Process or find a proper way to confront Copyright issues. That will save time and your Revenue.
