Before, each short video had no more than 100 views, but recently, each video has suddenly exceeded 10,000, or even 100,000 views. But after a week, the traffic has returned to the same level as before. The content has not changed. Why is this?

What happened to that viral video ? Is it still bringing traffic and subs to the channel? You should make similar videos and there will be again chanced to get more viral.
 
YouTube’s algorithm can change how content is recommended. If your videos gained traction, they might have temporarily been favored in recommendations or search results.

10000 or 100000 ? There is huge gap between both numbers.
