I have a channel that does pretty well. But 90% of the videos that work are if I am talking about one specific TV show. I don't want to only talk about this one show everyday. The other videos usually still get good CTR and watch time and likes and comments, but YT just doesn't seem to push them because they aren't about that one show. All videos are in the same niche and demographics, etc.
So, is it best to create a second YT channel that does similar content but not talking about that specific show or just keep putting out content about that one show and other stuff too and hope the algorithm eventually pushes it. The second idea seems hard because I will get 1/10 the subscribers from the "other" content so it seems to me the algorithm will always push the "one show" content.
Also I make decent money on that one show commentary so not sure I want to screw with that algorithm/cash cow.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
