my youtube account + adsense (need help)

Youtube is currently the only thing making me money in life right now was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how i can get more views and reach the minimum payout($60) quicker

i have been partnered on youtube since september my channel has just hit 100k total views but my videos are quite crappy and dont really make any money

i know patience is important with these things but i need to make some money fast my girlfriend is now pregnant and i need to stack some cash.

i have afew ideas for original content but whenever i upload anything ive made its always dead and never gets any views after a couple of weeks i end up just deleting it and sticking with my unoriginal content that people seem to view :/

You need more visitor

You need to target profitable niches. Eyeballs are important, but so is the content of your videos so it draws in profitable ads. YouTube is a tough slog right now. I'm pulling in about 50K views/month and only getting like $5-$10. My niche sucks which I'm sure is a big part of the reason why I'm pulling so little on there. If you need to pull in bigger money, you probably need to do something other than YouTube. YT is the kind of platform where you build your revenue over time. You'd probably have better success with affiliate marketing. Just my opinion though. Good luck to you man. Being a dad was the best decision I ever made.
