I had yahoo answers level 2 account and I basically used it to promote cpa offers. Although I know it has very low quality traffic but anyway I am doing it regularly for few days but suddenly they suspend my account. Why the hell they have problem with everything.

If you dropping yr link too many times they will get u for spamming.
I'm in the process of making about 1k level 2 accounts. I've lost some but for the most part so far so good.

my level2 acc advertize at the source always and some times to the theme
and never get ban, but im not adver aff sites
i promote my site using adsence and not probs from 0 to 2 level...
i also give good answers..

You were probably responding to too many answers with your link. That's a sure way of getting banned. To play it safe, you should have more than account. Also, don't post using a different account on the same IP address.
