My Xrumer Host pulled me down - Suggest Excuse ASAP

My dedicated server host recently pulled down my server for using excess resources & may be possible abuse complaints. I need to shoot them an excuse telling them that I am using some other application but Xrumer, something that makes a lot of port 80 http requests. Please suggest me an excuse. I would like to stick with this host for sometime before moving to any bulletproof hosting.

The issue here is excess resources... if you're thinking of using it for sometime then I think you'd need to tone things down.

Yes.. that is exactly what I am thinking. I just wanted to stay here because of the deal I had. Any suggestions for Xrumer friendly server?
