my x account was suspended

Hello,
I just bought x premium and after 1 day they suspend my account for violations rules. But i didnt event use my x account. In plus i paid for promoting one of my post+ premium account, now i have a suspended account with check mark. Every time when a fill the form for appeal i got notify by email: you r account is unsuspended, but actually is still suspended, just seeing post available. Any help?? what to do? to wait? i made a lot of tickets until now

why would X suspend his account for not using it
weather hes subbed or not shouldnt matter

Elon said he was going to delete inactive accounts. Whether he's doing it not, i don't know. But it's a good way of freeing up taken usernames that are occupied for absolutely no logical reason and prevent others from using them.
 
Until support gets back to you, it's hard to say why your account was suspended. Good luck!

I will try again then. Had an account suspended years ago, no specific reason why. Emailed support, took them 3 months to reply and they sent a long questionnaire which I didn't care about filling out. Glad Elons X Support response time is better.

it s pass 2 weeks and they didnt respond yet. i didnt get refund back
 
Is really weird ad seems to be more a false positive ban if you didn't do anything at all, be patience if is a false positive you should get back your account.

what kind of docs they need to unsuspend?
 
In my experience, I have never been helped by the support service
