Has it occurred to you yet, maybe look for some form letters then use paint or just copy and paste. Any old doctors note that you have gotten before, and just using the signature. I imagine any criminal could pull off fraud. But I would recommend not doing it so I guess you can't have a doctors note.

Guys you misunderstood, I am just cleaning this account up before I leave, but I was looking for an actual Dr., like icliniq. I figured there had to be some guys like in India that do video consults and could get her the note.
