hi, for titles it depends how you spam to google to recrawl your site.

First time request indexing/recrawl = even 10 mins or half day, your titles will be updated
2nd time (in between 1-2days from 1st time request)= 1 or 2 days
3rd time(in between 1-2days from 2nd time request) = more than 1 week

this is my experience, so pls don keep spam

After making a move, Google takes some time to crawl and index its webpage. In webmaster tools, you can use the feature fetch
as a google for instant crawl to your website. Although sometimes the search engines display titles as per demand, not from your title. The title may be your H1, H2 or something else in the body of material.
Also check the code of the page, sometimes java script or plugins prevent bots to access your page.
