My website not indexed from 4th nov 2018. Showing Error

Hi, after some suspicious activities my website not indexed on google. It's only showing a zip file indexed.
Please help me to troubleshoot this issue.

I have already restore from the backup website is working properly but the issue is that not index new uploaded files.
 
See if the pages are set to no index or anything in robots file. Create a new sitemap and submit it in Search console
 
I think uploaded file path is wrong. Restore your files in correct path. Can you send me your site url, so that i can suggest you if I know.
 
Maybe, some troubles with your domain. Also if your site is new it will take more time to get indexed
 
Your website is indexed just fine. Having a cache copy on google is a different story. Google does not always keep cache of your website every single time their crawler visit/re-index your website.
