My website not cached by google

Please check the meta tag called "robots".
If there is "noarchive" - Google not will be caching your pages, even they're indexed.

its my website www . phdassistance . com i never add "noarchive" and kindly check my robots.txt as well. help me to fix it.

You don't have the update the robots.txt in your site, kindly update that & submit your website sitemap & fetch your site on google webmaster. then surely your website will crawl by google in few days.
