my website lose richsnipet, how to get it back?

Now my website ranking on page 1 for targeted keyword. When i went to page 1, google begin show richsnippet (5 star) for my website.

then I update yoast and change description for the page, resubmit sitemap and boom! my website lose the snipet.

I restore description as it before, resubmit sitemap, reindexed but the star doestn't come back.

How to get it back?

maybe too much optimzation?
google is always like that , they show snippets and sometimes not
i believe non over optimized in seo plus with schema markup will have a google trust so they will put a rich snippets on your site..
and make sure you have puted the correct way to insert markup in your content

You will get snippets in coming days it always happens with me.

I really want to know how you fixed the previous problem xD
