Google has strict guidelines because of AI spam. Improve the content on the site, make more backlinks.

Have you tried to submit it to Google's search console? Also do you have an XML sitemap to submit to GSC?

If only a few pages are indexed in Google, check your robots.txt, noindex tags, and submit your sitemap in Search Console because Tor listing does not mean Google has properly crawled your site.

If your website is not visible on google, it may not index yet. You can check your site by searching .if no result appear submit your site and sitemap in google console and request index. If site is new, it will take sometime to appear in search but improving content quality and by building relevant backlinks can help by visibility.

The issue might be related to the quality of the content. If Google has crawled the site but did not add the page to the index, it may consider the content either spammy or not high enough quality. Try improving the content. Is it truly unique?
It may also help to use indexing services or build backlinks to the page—this can sometimes trigger indexing.
Right now there are also crawl budget issues in many cases. That could be another reason—your pages might simply be waiting in the queue.

Google and Tor work very different.
You know, Google needs indexing first. Maybe robots.txt blocks your pages. My suggestion for you, check Search Console. For me, sitemap helps indexing fast.

If your website is not visible on Google, first check if it is indexed in Google Search Console. Sometimes new sites take time to appear. Make sure your site is not blocked by robots.txt or noindex tags, submit your sitemap, and build a few quality backlinks. Also ensure your content is unique and properly optimized.

It could be related to indexing or crawling issues. Make sure your website is submitted in Google Search Console, check that your pages aren’t blocked by robots.txt or noindex tags, and ensure your sitemap is properly submitted. Sometimes Google just needs more time to crawl and index all pages.

If you have submitted a request in GSC to index the pages of your website but nothing has happened, the first thing you should do is simply wait. Sometimes the process just takes longer than expected.
If, even after a significant amount of time, your pages still are not ranking or being indexed (which are not the same thing), then based on my experience the reasons usually fall into one of two categories:
First, there may be certain blocks preventing Google from crawling or indexing your pages (for example - in robots.txt).
Second, and much more commonly, the issue is weak content. Content that is not original, content that is low quality, often AI-generated, and therefore not the type of material Google wants to index, let alone rank.

Tor and Google use different indexing methods. Google may have indexed only a few pages because it hasn’t discovered the rest yet, or they may be blocked by robots.txt or missing from your sitemap. Submit your site to Google Search Console, add a sitemap, and request indexing to fix it.

On your Tor Browser, the cache may have been stored, so everything appears to load normally. However, your website content has not been fully indexed by Google yet. You should submit your sitemap or manually request indexing through Google Search Console

Most of the time this happens because Google hasn't crawled or indexed all the pages of your site yet. If the site is new or doesn't have many backlinks, Google may only show a few pages in search resukts. Sometimes pages are also blocked by robots.txt or a noindex tag without the owner realizing it. A good first step is to check Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, and request indexing for the important pages. Once Google crawls the sites again, more pages usually start appearing.

Tor listings are not directly related to Google indexing. Tor can access normal websites, but Google may take time to crawl and index all your pages or there may be crawl restrictions.
You should submit your XML sitemap in Google Search Console and request indexing through URL Inspection to help Google index the remaining pages.

Visibility in Tor simply means your website's server is online. Tor is a browser that displays whatever is on the web, while Google is a search engine that must "index" your pages before showing them. Do you have access to Google Search Console, and if so, what "Status" reason is listed for your non-indexed pages ?
