yes, i have submitted , almost 140 pages, but only 2 index ,i think i should stop posting until they have indexed the page ii have submittedHave you submitted your sitemap in Google Search Console and checked the coverage report? New sites often need a few days (or sometimes weeks) before full indexing.
yes, the website is newlyIs it a brand new website? Indexing is slow in such cases.
Try submitting your sitemap on google search console.
i don't have that issue, i checked my robots txtYour website may not be indexed because Google has identified technical issues like a "noindex" tag, a problem with your robots.txt file.
AlrightIf the website is new, nowadays Google doesn't index it easily. Optimize your on-page SEO and internal linking for improved results. If still not indexing, you can try any indexing service.
Since it's a new website and robots.txt isn't blocking it, the most likely culprit is just time. New sites don't get instantly indexed; they enter a "sandbox" period where Google assesses them. This can take a few weeks. Make sure you've submitted your sitemap to Google Search Console and try to get a few backlinks from other sites to speed up the discovery process.i don't have that issue, i checked my robots txt
so google put , my own website to sand box, oh god.Since it's a new website and robots.txt isn't blocking it, the most likely culprit is just time. New sites do experience a delay in ranking due to the time it takes for Google to build trust and authority. It's a natural part of how Google determines trustworthiness for new domains to prevent spam from ranking quickly.so google put , my own website to sand box, oh god.
Understood, thanks for ethe xplanationNew sites do experience a delay in ranking due to the time it takes for Google to build trust and authority. It's a natural part of how Google determines trustworthiness for new domains to prevent spam from ranking quickly.
thank you.. been wondering the same thing. My site is brand new and I was getting worried. Gonna check my robots.txt and submit a sitemap like you said.To get Google to index your e-commerce site faster, first make sure your pages are crawlable by checking robots.txt and avoiding "noindex" tags. Create an XML sitemap listing all important pages and submit it in Google Search Console. Use the URL Inspection tool in Search Console to request indexing for key pages. Improve internal linking so every page can be reached easily, and try to get a few external links to help Google discover your site. Fix technical issues like slow loading, redirects or duplicate content. Regularly adding new products or content also encourages Google to crawl your site more often.
What if i run a Google Ads for 3 days, it's going to be removed from sandbox?New sites do experience a delay in ranking due to the time it takes for Google to build trust and authority. Totally agree with you!My goodness, most people who posted here have apparently never been to the GSC interface. How dare you guys speak up if you arent confidently sure you know you are talking the truth? How can you even say one god damned thing without knowing the html, lol
Of course, robots.txt is one thing, but theres more at play here.
First off: HELL NO ; IT DOESNT TAKE TWO WEEKS OR ANYARBITRARY TIME UNTIL A NEW PAGE OR URL OR UPDATE IS INDEXED!
Submit a Trustpilot reviews a good one with relevant content and itll be indexed within a day without Tsurpilot ever going to GSC.
So theres 140 pages, if theres any noindex, guess what, they wont be indexed. Somethings wrong here also if you do not see AI crawling, unless you do not permit them.
Is it Multi LANG? Did you do everything right about canonical?
Is the content , uhm, very thin, if it is high chnage itll just be ignored by Google.
Duplicate content? If you have duplicate content, you have creatred a problem.
5xx/4xx errors and slow loading will just be skipped.
Submitting for crawl doesnt mean theres a guarantee itll be indexed, so many rank amateurs propagate this folklore bs it makes my head hurt. Its just a request to crawl the page, end of story.
Requesting 140 pages to be crawled is not officially supported. The requests will be queued.
Dynamically created pages, just in case, are often not indexed, thats something that has only recently occured to the smart arse reactJS devs.
I hope this helps, it is sad that it takes 20+ replies on this forum to get to the potential root cause and I am not even an SEO guy, just IT/dev person.
Submit 10-20 high quality pages first and then go from there.
