Improve your interlinking and on page seo. After that get some good links, focus on quality over quantity. Plus target better geo unless you are running a eCommerce site.

there's an update going on, I'd not do anything with the site until the update finishes (in 2-3 weeks).
Also, it's possible that you've acquired links too fast (because you have no traffic and - based on common sense - who the hell links out to sites that they have never seen? That's how google thinks and which i'ts possible that they will never rank your domain ever again...)
But still, you shouldn't do anything until the dust settles, so wait for a few weeks...

As tazarbm said above there is a Google update going on right now so you shouldn't change anything on your site but looking at your link profile, you have 148k backlinks from only 588 ref domains. That doesn't look natural at all
