hello my website seems to be dancing between pages like +10 a day the next day it's like -15, is this normal and what should i do ?

Did it start ranking recently? Search Engines like google have many data centers and it may take a while before it settles.

yes just recently tbh the website is not that old it's like 5 months old but i started building links a month and a half ago

Only 5 months old? Yeah it's still pretty new. This is nothing out of the ordinary, especially at the beginning of a new link building campaign. I wouldn't be too worried.

If you're building links it could be normal, if the links you're building are low quality it could be bad. Too early to tell, make sure you only build high quality manual links directly to money site, preferably contextual links about your topic, and don't rush with it, drip feed links over a period of time. If after a couple of weeks you're still down with rankings, there could be something wrong with your link profile.

i was building web 2.0's and after some bookmarks and then i received a pbn post and from that it all went down hill for that post

If it went down the hill after that post, wait 2 weeks and see if it really sticks at the bottom - then proceed to remove those links that you suspect may be affecting your ranking.
First 2 weeks will be crucial in observation, as the SERP result will dance around, but if it continuously sticks at the bottom after 2 weeks, then there is something wrong with those links.
Otherwise, if it is a positive link juice contribution, you can in fact see upward/higher ranking movement within 1 week respectively.

thank you for your answer i will give time as you said it's kinda frustrating, i don't know what to do at this point cuz it was like 61 and now it's 153

Usually the up and down of a new website is normal, but you can focus on your keywords and website contents to make some changes. And for a new site don't overdo the backlink instead you can focus on the high-quality links. Posts some high-quality contents in the regular interval too

i used money robot for bookmarks, and i used almost 14 expired tumbr blogs and some reddit and quora twitter and pinterest diversifying and received a pbn post 3 days ago from that it all went down hill, also is resubmitting website sitemap affect rankings ? idk

even If your website is new if you want to stabilize your ranking then first try to stop working on that and just make SMO link when your ranking got stablized then you just need to start working according to the ranking!

now the post is deranked not showing on serps

If the site is a bit younger, do not worried about that. it's a normal scenario.
