I dont know whats wrong, im submitting my website and have 736 backlinks so far, i was on 2nd page at bottom now im on 5th...

some1 tell me what im doing wrong? im using xrumer forum posts. but not working, also i hyper link in keyword phrase.

Does it really matter on PR of sites linking to me? or the more the merryer.

There could be a couple things going but i THINK it is most likely because you all the sudden got 700 links in one day and google penalized you for it. Depending on how you got your backlinks this could be the case.

Have you changed somethign on your site lately? the theme or something?

And maybe the way you built those backlinks is the wrong way..
google hates spam

i never had , between my keywords. and i added it to them and the search phrase is still my main keyword. u think it will pick back up?

I agree. I think that it is a flux due to your backlink increase. If they are all relevant to your site's market niche and keyword, you will pick back up once google's bots spider them and see that they are.

However, if they aren't and are randomly mixed links, you probably have been sandboxed and will continue to be until you take all of the ones that are irrelevant out of your site and disconnect them on the other end of the link.

Having that many links generated to your site in a day will flag you for being a suspect for review. IF the links and site are found to be bad, in any illegitimate pratices, irrelevant content, irrelevant links, etc...you are instantly sandboxed and may as well reset the site, starting over from the ground up.

If this is the case, trash your current version of the site and make it legitimate, building it back up and beyond with a real, proper business site property.

You will drop, then you will shoot up the rankings.
I reckon Google does this to confuse link builders, so you think your efforts are wasted.

Come back in a couple of weeks and you'll probably be on page 1!

I would like to say don't make the same kind of links mix it up, get blog comments and bookmarks as well.

Agreed. My rankings bounce all over the place after I add a bunch of links, but I almost always end up with a higher position that I had when I started.

I have to say that the thing that worked best for me was when I put the Alexa widget on my blog. My ranking increased by 26% from 130,000ish to 80,000! I wrote about it in a Case Study at Yaro?s Forums in more detail if you wanna see it.

Well that makes sense since you are giving them more data then they can attempt to collect on their own. It's sort of like adding more impressions to your profile. However this would do nothing for SERPS.

Bad news for you pal. Spamm is the strength of black hat seos

To the OP.. if you want to get out.. start posting some new content on your site, and keep on link building, preferably closer to the rate you first got the 700 and don't stop. You will come back within a week or two.

Just keep linking at the same rate and you're golden.

I agree... the same thing happened to me when i first built my site. It was on 3rd page then after a while it dropped to #100 something for about a week++ then right has maintained its position from #10 - #12 :)
