My website files are infected on ipa ---ge

I got an email notice from a hosting company, ipage.com that my 89 website files are infected and I need to remove them.

I did not get sitelock. Do you buy sitelock when you get web hosting?

The cost of removing virus is expensive and it is $200 one time fee. Should I hire someone on freelance website if I want to save money?

Yes, I would be creating a gig on odesk or freelancer to get it sorted out, should only cost $20 or so, especially if they gave you a list of files and what they are infected with.

Wasn't iPage the host that was systematically breached some months ago?
