Question - can you explain why your host banned you? I can see that you've explained above, however I didn't really fully understand...
I'm sure that all the other suggestions that you've received from other members are pretty good... Another suggestion I would make is to create your own server. While the power costs can be somewhat high, and you'll have to learn how to optimize download speeds for your clients - you can really do whatever the hell you want, it's a really beautiful thing. I used to have my own warez site - made close to $9,000 a month, and then closed shop as soon as I figured out how to make money another way...
Before that, I had a small website with a few programs that I distributed to friends (and I mean like 1 or 2 people) before the host shut me down and completely wiped all my information (I was actually using the host as off-site backup (very stupid of me)). After that, I set up my own server (took me 1 day, everything you need (except internet service) is pretty much free), and because of the freedom I had with the server, the site took off like crazy... Not the recommended way to make money for sure, however it did pay the bills for a while...
Also, I do have "professionally" hosted accounts... to keep costs down, I've tried to figure out ways to avoid the "domain privacy" fees. In my mind if you have "domain privacy" then it really looks as if you have something to hide...
What I would recommend is to make purchases through another name...

- You can do this using a debit card from a bank account with "misleading" information. You can set up this bank account using a trust document (try to find trust documents used for land trusts - the real estate guys are the best at this stuff!). Banks will only allow you to open a personal account as a trust (you cannot use this account to accept credit cards)... however, due to the way trusts are treated, you will be able to use the trust name instead of your own when filling out credit card information. For instance, say your name is Joe Blow. You set up a trust where you are the trustee of the "Michael Jackson Trust dated September 10, 2009". Credit card form fields allow you to use only TWO names (and a middle initial)... So, you can sign all credit card purchases as "Michael Jackson" and the purchase will be validated.
- Please note, this is not completely private as federal officials have the ability to easily track this paper trail. Local police usually will NOT be able to track you this way. Also note, if you are in a position where federal officials are tracking you, well, then you're generally screwed.
- This is a good way to open alternate Paypal/etc accounts. You will still need a personal social security number (you won't be able to use an IRS-given EIN for Paypal). There are dozens of other ways to obtain social security numbers.
Also, I'm sure everyone here has their own private mailbox (not a post office box but a private mail box service), along with prepaid cell phones - right?
- Tip: Private mail box services are normally small businesses. If you give them a tip, they would be more than happy to change your "suite" number whenever you require.
- Tip: Prepaid services like GoPhones (Walmart) and T-Mobile allow you to choose your area code. Also, T-Mobile has a pool of phone numbers that they cycle around, they do not have a pool set aside only for prepaids. Due to this fact, you can use T-Mobile prepaids to sign up for a Craigslist PVA (not recommended due to the cost involved).
If WHOIS displays billing information, they will display the name on your credit card ("Michael Jackson"), billing address (your mailbox), and your (prepaid and expendable) telephone number.
The above may seem like alot of work (it only is the first time), however it works like a DREEEEAAAAMMMM... Plus if you have a website with proudly displayed WHOIS information, you'll tend to make more sales because you'll look more "legit".
