My VPS got suspended due to numerious spam complains

I had some projects running for my clients and now the VPS is suspended. I use berman hosting so will they wipe out the whole data on the VPS? as i didnt backup
I contacted the support but I hope they reply soon

You can always get VPN, which should cost less than $10 a month, to be safe.

How many and what kind of proxies were you running?

I wasnt running any proxies for last 3 days. Thought it wud be ok. I do have private proxies but they usually slow down the process.
And i had 4 proxies

Dude - You gotta run proxies, or, well, now you know what happens. Can you still access your back end cPanel or database? If so, make a backup right away. You might be able to email tech support to get a backup made as well. But you can kiss your relationship with that company goodbye.

Fortunately, it's not all that hard to get another VPS. Recover what you can and start over, and don't make the same mistake.

Berman's really good, but it does take a day or two to hear back from them. I doubt that they will erase your vps without a warning. If they do, update us because i'm on Berman and if I mistakenly forget to setup my proxies...God help me!

I lost my server 2 times last year because of this mistake and now I never use system without proxies. I am using hidemyass but this really slow down the process. While checking through speedtest.net, the speed comes down from 80mbps to 6 mbps while using hidymyass VPN... So yeah its bad but do we have any other option?

You definitely need private proxies when using BermanHosting. They no longer allow SEO tools running w/o private proxies. Make sure to get private proxies located in EU to reduce latency.

Next time just use a bulletproof vps. Even the private proxies are slow. With a bulletproof vps you can post without proxies and not worry about having your VPS suspended. I'd suggest you to check out Rytech and host-stage. Also you can get extra IP's for your VPS for just 2$ each and they will be as fast as your vps connection. When you have your extra IP's you can use proxy server software such as freeproxy to set up proxies for your server.

Its a Windows VPS and I dont think there is a Cpanel or database. Anyways the support assured that my data wont be wiped out and they are moving from Germany to US datacenter but the recent Hurricane is delaying it a lot. I am still waiting for the VPS to get reinstated..

Yea support is quite slow in replying. Takes a day to reply to 1 ticket..damn. No they are not erasing anything. Just moving the VPS to US datacenter from Germany. Make sure you use proxies. I know it will slow the success rate but then cant do much

You can try Newipnow private proxies($5 a month). I just have 4 of them and they are pretty good and have great success rate. something some sites dont load not sure why but still its better than HMA VPN..

I am hearing for the first time about bulletproof vps..You mean offshore VPS? So if anyone complains then they wont suspend right?

Yes exactly. The two companies that i recommended have servers in France. When your IP is included in spamhaus blocklist they will change your IP. That ip change will cost you 5$ (with rytech) with some other vps providers it might be for free.
