My videos wont rank

I got only 2 videos up (youtube deleted my best video )
I have these videos for 2 weeks, and youtube dont seems to rank them I can't even find them on page 50

I boosted all the videos with 30K+ views & 150+ likes. But nothing , can someone please help me?

Are you targeting extremely competitive keywords? What is the avg views/subs for the top 3 vids for the keywords you are going for?

This a pretty common thing. Depending you the keyword you're targeting. Maybe the video is an exact copy of the first one (without any changes) and youtube has devalued it.
Also if the views you sent were not high retention, then don't expect to gain any benefit from them.

today i have see a video of my niche in first page with 0 subscribe , 10 likes , 6 comments and 1200 views not HR, this video is added one week ago. My video with 30k views , 300 likes , 300 subscribe, 20 comments, added it one month ago , i can't find on 50 page . I don't understand

Just make your videos looks as normal as you can...
YouTube will not rank a video that have 100k views and 0 likes / unlikes or 0 comments.
Even a fuckin idiot will know that the video views are not real, imagine the big G
Don't send just normal views, High Retention Views are a must to rank your videos.
Don't expect to rank a high competitive keyword on #1, for example you can't rank "Gangnam Style" in #1 whatever you do
AIM for long tails keywords and you will be just fine, there are times where people are ranking #1 for long tail keywords even with just uploading their videos and nothing more.

Just views or likes won't make you top in youtube. Add some social signals like tweets, fb like and shares also link your youtube video from other youtube videos uploaded from different accounts.
