my videos are getting removed

hi guys i am using method [youtube + Ogads]
but my first 2 videos were on youtube for 1 day and i got $4 conversion from it and then suddenly 1 video got removed....and then another 1....:/
but whenever i upload more videos from another channels.....it is banned within minutes and my channel get strikes
i do reuploading method.....there are 100 of videos like mine which are having content locker link and they are live on youtube from months....
what should i do now.??
I got my 2 channels suspended from this....
any help please?????

Use Ccleaner to clear cookies,change ip,use a different account,don't use chrome for uploading videos.
 
In addition to that.If you uploading other people videos you need edit them first or they will get banned very quickly their algorithm check each frame of the video for duplicate content also change the titles as well.Use a software called handbrake to change the encoding rate.
