ATTENTION The following video(s) from your account have been disabled for violation of the YouTube http://youtube.com/t/community_guidelines:

  • Watch "************movie part 1"
Everyone hates spam. Misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails designed to increase views are not allowed. It's also not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.
Your account has received one http://youtube.com/t/community_guidelines warning strike, which will expire in six months. Additional violations may result in the temporary disabling of your ability to post content to YouTube and/or the termination of your account.

What I did was I posted one films trailer on youtube,I never did post the full movie. And how can youtube delete it like this when others have uploaded the trailer successfully?
Please help on what on I need to do to not get my videos removed even if they do not infringe copyright violations.
I did not understand one bit on what did they meant by saying "posting untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages."

If your wondering why they took it down, obviously it's the title "Watch "************movie part 1" the warning says - "Misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails designed to increase views are not allowed" your title didnt say anything about a movie trailer, it said "watch part 1" like it was part of the full movie. My guess is you were promoting ************** (edit, oops I guess you cant post that) or something similar. This is considered spamming by youtube and sometimes they will take your videos down. Not a whole lot you can do besides keep posting videos and using more accounts. You could try different titles and see if they work better, but there is not a trick to keep you totally safe...

If you're copying exactly what someone else is doing then that's what they're saying.

Adjust your tags, title, description and experiment. See what works and what doesn't. Also make sure that your IP is not blacklisted. You can do this through a proxy or by resetting your router.

same thing happens to me yesterday so I created a title on camtasia saying copyright issue and wrote the link to watch movie and upload on another account, lets see if it is again deleted or not

Why worry about a deleted vid...

YT is a numbers game...just rinse and repeat (with spinned titles, descriptions and tags)...

When i post ripped video I always expect my account to be banned. thats why you have to buy more accounts.:D

How to avoid it? Uhmmm, by not using misleading titles perhaps? If you use titles such as part 1-2 etc, then people will get pissed off and then they will flag the shit out of your video. Sooner or later utube will find out and delete it.

To avoid things like this, use titles like "How to watch xxxx movie part 1" instead of "watch xxxx movie part 1". Yes, you will get less traffic because this title will eliminate most of the utube veterans but, those vets won't help you make any money anyway so, you have nothing to lose except the view count. And your vids will stay live.
