I would, instead of being a baby, create a bunch of bogus vids with the same keywords titles and all that shit so it is similar, and bury that fucking shit so deep that it will have become useless for him to then come back and play "FLAG TAG" again.
Watermarking don't change shit. how is that going to really change anything. Truth is, if ya'll really looked into it, you would see you don't have the actual COPYRIGHT PAPERWORK...

My bad, did not look at the date but I am very calm here dude. Dumb advice is being given and I just don't dig that.
I just sincerely dislike the "flagging" attitude. Which was suggested numerous times. Same with clickbombing and other unimaginative stuff like that...Just because people are not able to think even slightly out of the box and come up with different things...
And again watermarking and even having the end of the video with video thumbnails of your other vids don't change jack. I had a guy jack my comedy sketches and even leaving all those in he was still allowed to re upload. You can technically add/remove 1 frame or change compression and it becomes an entirely different file and bypasses their filters.
I sincerely doubt many people on here take the actual steps to copyright their material, so it is not a watermark that is gonna change anything.
It costs money to actually REGISTER footage for copyright (Please note that I do not know for sure outside of north America, but when it comes down to USA and Canada, it is the case). You are pretty much out of luck otherwise.
I had another sketch jacked from me and have tried in the past. I still have all the original DV tapes and actual production files, but that still changes nothing, as even that could be falsified.

watermarking your video does help. why would someone steal a video with your domain splattered all across it? they wouldn't. which is why watermarking helps.
flagging is another thing altogether. i used to believe in not flagging but if someone takes your hard earned work then YES i believe flagging is okay to do because most likely the one who stole your video probably flagged yours down too.
