Hello Guys,

a month a go i lunched my very first .com website and i ivested on it to create teh content and designe and i'm really serious about it ... i was having my final exams so i hired a guy f rom scriptlance to do on-page seo for my site and he did pretty well actually and he wrote 2 articles and submite each one to 100 directory ...
But i finished shcool now and i'm gonna focus on my websiet and grow it my self ! i outsourced 10 optimized articles and i'll use them to build links by submiting to the article direcories for the next 2 months with an average of 17 to 19 submition a day but for some reason i feel the article submition alone is not enough, so i need your opinion guys! first do article submition alone can show resilts ? regardless if yes or no what else i can do on daily bases for the next two months to build links ? posting on forums ? if yes in what average and where should i put my link ? anything else ???

Pleas help me to build my action plan and Thanks a bunch :)

post on forums and blogs with a relevant name to your site with your backlink (if your site is about horses, post as horsedonkey, or something :) )

there are lots of tools for finding good blogs to post on, check the downloads section. aim for blogs with decent page rank.

good luck

for onpage SEO this site is helpfull:
http://www.w3optimizer.com/

after that its just building links..

bookmarks
linkwheels
blog comments (Comment Kahuna is a free tool)
forum posts
article submisions
linkfarming
set up a link exchange (in my opinion this still works)
etc. etc.

there are a lot of tools around to automate this part of seo. a few worth to mention are uwcs, xrummer, forum generator (by blackhatzen), bookmarking demon, autoplig, prstorm and blogslammer.
but the list can go on and on.

not to mention the services offered here who will do all this for you.

also for competitive niches it can take a really long time to see results.
when persuing a big niche. split it up into smaller less competitive subniches, and start on the smaller ones to get the traffic rollin`asap.

Thanks dude ! thsi is very helpful :) all the keywords that i'm trying to get in the front page for are between 500k and 3 mil results, do you think that it's gonna take a long time to see results ? something like 6 months 1 year ? or maybe less ? or maybe more ?

and hwat about set up a link exchange do you think a servce like gotlinks.com may have an effect ? or i'll get banned by google ?

Thnaks a lot

Yeah i'm doing the first idea already, but the seconde one seems useless because i've created slideshows and submitthem with trafficgeyser many times with difrrent keywords and tags to a lot of video sites and TG submite them back to bookmarking sites and it's been a long time and all i see in my site statics is a few clicks a from one or two video sites and it's not gona help in terms of seo because the video site hyperlink my site with the name of my site and i don't wana rank for the name of my site because i already did :chairshot

Thanks :)

Just find a report about how to do link wheeling !! awsome stuff thanks a lot for the author !

so i got my action plan ready now all i need is action and dedecation !

-i'll keep doing article submition on daily basis
-i'll build as much link wheels as i can
-i'll do 1 hour a day of forum posting and blog commenting
-and i'll hire somebody to bookmark all the links of my site to about 100 ******** bookmarking sites.

What do you think about it guys ? is it good ? i think it is :)

to get on the first page, you just have to research the number 10 listing, and be better then him.

reserch the links and seo he has done and just match it.

before you do anything learn the basics of seo and implement it, too many people are relying simply on backlinking

optimizing your site will maximize the effectiveness of your backlinking strategy

spam backlinking is just another exploit of google algorithms that will no doubt end up in the same category as keyword stuffing and linkfarms, as per matt cutts comments the other week google has already started to implement a downgrade on the value of backlinks from comments and blogs, so if your only relying on backlinking you could find yourself slipping down the serps...

thanks

i've payed a guy and he optimized my site and i can see some results of his job because my site start get a "few visits" from some related keywords that my site is optimized for + i have my main keyword in domain and i'm doing a stady article submition campaigne ... and i'm looking for something more than that to increas my results and visivility and rankings .

you've told me what to not do, can you pleas tell me what to do and what's wrong with my action plan?

Thank you very much!

take a look at creating an xml sitemap and submitting it to your google webmasters tools, and having it available for other search engines to pick up, also im surprised no one has mentioned creating an RSS feed and submitting it to rss syndaction sites...

once you have have an rss feed make sure you also ping it too

all basic stuff that you should be doing for all your seo campaigns guys...

I know..this may be boring and work.
What helps me is to build a few Squidoo Lenses, or more and a Hub Page optimizing them for the same keyword phrases.
I would use original (don't use your duped content) and link to your website.
Only 1 outgoing link for Hubs (to your website) though.
Additionally, you can get a free trial for Market Samurai and search for edu/gov forums and blogs where you can comment/post and leave anchor text..your key phrase with the clickable text to your main website.
You may manually seqrch for them too.
I believe a handful of quality backlinks go a very long way!

I hope this helps!

Thanks for advice but a member have replied to me here and told me that google is shaving all the links that coming from blogs comments and it's not gonna be that much effective anymore ... i don't know if that true, but i'll do it anyway

I read and was thinking the same thing but I don't think that Google would entirely remove all effectiveness of blog linking. Lessened maybe but still some effect.
The impact is certainly up for debate but I think it wouldnt hurt to spend just one evening hitting a few related blogs to your sites' keywords. From my (admittedly limited) understanding of SEO the trick is to get a little bit of benefit from lots of different tricks and techniques and they would all add up to the important front google page.

While Google is the big SE don't do everything just for Google. Links are links and they bring traffic and will help with Yahoo and MSN. If you find a related site then definitely leave a comment with your link. You may even get some visitors from it especially if your comment has some good related content.
