My usa paypal account is lock i'm not usa . Paypal ask me phone number i'm try to enter my friends number but Paypal is ask me same name register phone number how to fix any one help me

how month old your paypal account sir ? paypal not take new phone number if your paypal account is old

I've heard this is a common occurence. You could try calling them and verifying your bank account if you havent already

You can only put your phone number once because after that they do not accept any other number.You should once talk with their support so this can be solved.
