I hate when this happens. I havent had this problem in forever. a domain name I have registered will not point to the correct place anymore (DNS). It still shows namecheap domain parked page. But I asked others and I checked on my phone, the domain works and my website shows.
I can access it via the IP address of the real site, but going to the actual www.site.com still shows wrong site.

I tried /flushdns clear cache, and restart my Pc. what else can I do? I never had it not work before.

Sometimes your ISP has already cached the IP of your newly registered site, and you just have to wait a day or so until they refresh their DNS cache. If it's not caching at your end (ie. just on one particular computer) there's nothing you can really do about it, apart from using another DNS server (eg. the Google DNS servers).

Some routers also maintain a DNS cache so it could be worth resetting your router / modem too.
