I am going to introduce a new tool to you guys called Tweet Full http://tweetfull.com/. I have been using it since it launched and it has been getting me leads almost every day. I was offered a beta account when they started out for a testimonial and I am still using this tool.

I have gotten not only followers but warm leads almost every day for past few months. Like many other tools out there it finds Tweets with your keywords and hashtags and then Favorites or ReTweets them. However, unlike other tools it has sentiment analysis that allows you to only engage with Tweets with a positive or negative sentiment if you choose. You could avoid ReTweets or Tweets with links etc. It has features like you could only engage with Tweets from someone with a particular keyword in their bio or Tweets from certain accounts.

It is extremely powerful and for a tool that has no limits it is priced pretty cheap. I recommend you give it a try as it only costs a buck to try it out. It is at http://tweetfull.com/

Thanks for sharing this! Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't FollowLiker offer the same features or no? The favorite/unfavorite strategy is something i'm currently looking to experiment with as i've seen some larger Twitter accounts have success with it.

The difference is that TweetFull is just for Twitter and hence advanced features compared to follow liker. For instance you could filter by klout score so that you avoid bots and spammy accounts. You could filter tweets with no links which means you Favorite a Tweet that was a conversation starter. You could avoid RTs as well. You can even only Fav people with certain keywords in their bio among others. In a nutshell it offers more control over your strategy.
