They changed the username, password email address and phone number.

What do i do?????

I guess if you talk to the support they can help you,
 
If you have any information needed for security question by Twitter contact support you still have a chance to get back your account, second plan is to take back your email address because if you use Gmail in 2 weeks you still get back your Gmail account by contacting support bassed on my experience even if they change your phone number
 
Usually, the support service always advises what actions to take.
 
the problem now with most SM platforms is there's a high
probability they wont reply, all you can do is try.
 
Contact twitter support system. I hope they helped you properly.
