My Twitter Account In Trouble Need help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Twitter account in Trouble i need help guys. IN the start when ever i shared any post from my site twitter showme the message.

"This site has malicious content etc"

Then i start sharing after Shorten the URL problem solved but after some days this message start to shown.

Check your Webmaster Tools for alerts. There might be some malicious code embedded on your website.
