My Toll Free 1-800 Method

damn it lol.. i got the 1-800 setup and contacted my friend to get me a professional radio jingle plus have him do my recording for the phone answering but now i can't get the godaddy redirect right xD

oh also having 6 small street signs printed to have him put down in one of our bigger cities :P

Hehe going to try this one big right away :D anybody have any tips on the redirect though?

quickvoicemail.com was only registered on Feb 02, 2009? Or am I using whois wrong. Either way, nice post, definitely a useful piece of information thanks.

rdwright....u are very correct! i just douible checked. But...the great news is....this website is backed by a well known mega million dollar company.......who i have used for 5 years now. J2 global. They also own www*efax*com which is what i use for my faxes. No....i'm not employed by this company...but.....i just checked who owned the website...and recognised their name.....as...i was suspicious of such a cheap 800# rate.

If anyone has any problems with their 800# with this company...please tell us. thx

Thanks for this. I definitely have to do this. I think its also about time i invested in some radio advertising.

Do you think an 800 number is more professional than a good website name? I don't know, that is why I am asking.

By just giving a website address in the voicemail you are giving the customer an extra step, and you hope they have access to a computer before they forget about it.

If you have a short 2 or 3 word domain name, wouldn't that be better to put in the ad? An 800# with your extension number might be harder to remember than a website address.

Great idea I'm going to have to fool around with this weekend.

mrunknown, thanks for sharing this method with us. However, I have one question.
Won't you get banned because:
you receive 20 clicks on the link and 20 conversions? 100% ratio??
Please anyone respond!

My favorite place to get 1-800 numbers is Kall8 dot Com

these dudes are a fucking sham. don't go thru them! i am having the same problem. they charged me $8.95 instantly even though its supposed to be 1 month free. they haven't responded to support emails, their chat app doesn't work and they don't even have a password reminder for login. i haven't even been able to login to my account yet.

i got a guy on the phone and told him i want to cancel and get my $8.95 back. he told me that he would have to forward my message to the "higher ups" because it's above his level. the email for this support came from supportrelations.com. that site is also a sham. it's obviously just being used for email because the only thing on their site is a phpinfo.php file.

stay away from these guys. if i don't get my $8.95 back i will be going to my CC company next. i hate companies like this. and who the hell repped for this company in the first place? the owner of the website?
