if you're trying to hide the domain from the cpa then use a double meta refresh.. if you're trying to hide the referral to the people you're signing up then get them to go to your domain and have it redirect with a double meta refresh to your affiliate link

Good method. The 800 number adds a lot of legitimacy and this will help a great deal with conversions. Whenever you guys are looking for offers across all the networks, check out offervault.com.
Hmmm, you could either use one of the mass traffic methods to provide traffic to your links or just get in good with your AM and have an arrangement on what you are doing.
Pretty good, may just need some tweaks to provide coverage for it.

Definitely a great post! Kudos to the OP.
I'm fairly sure a full-page iframe would do the trick here. This way, as far as the visitor is concerned they're on your domain, using "your service", and you don't have to reveal your aff link to them.

if you want to semi automate it you could sign up for pro**quest technologies they will send you an email with the voicemail details including the telephone number and the message put into text. Save these all to a file
Then sign up for an automatted service that will send your voicemail to those numbers (anyone have a recommendation??)
So all your involvement is placing the ad, retrieving the telephone numbers and getting the system to leave voicemails for you once or twice a day, easy enough and this can def be outsourced
Hope that helps someone and if anyone wants to work with me on to test it till we get it right it Ill be glad to get involved (mr unknown??)

I shall try this within the coming week and let you guys know how it worked out... A friend of mine works at the local radio station so i might be able to get my number on air
