my tiktok ads accounts keep getting suspended

I really need some help and advice. Every time I try to launch a TikTok Ads campaign, my ad account gets suspended almost immediately — sometimes right after I start the campaign.


I’m trying to promote a natural cream for hemorrhoids, and I’m being very careful with my creatives. I only use AI-generated videos, avoid any explicit or sensitive wording, and focus on subtle messaging. Despite that, TikTok keeps suspending my accounts.


I’ve already tried everything I could think of:

• Changed browsers and used anti detect browsers
• Used residential proxies ip royal
• Switched payment methods

Yet, the same issue happens every time.


Has anyone experienced this or found a solution? Is there a specific way to promote medical or “sensitive health” products safely on TikTok without triggering a suspension?

Maybe reach out to TikTok support directly for more clarity on their health product policies—they could give you some tips on avoiding suspensions.

Your phone or your WiFI connection could have been flagged. If it's device, I don't think there's a way to overcome that.

we have advertising policies which all accounts must follow. We have identified activity that may include:
1. Violating Platform Rules: Attempts to bypass established advertising processes, manipulate the system for personal gain, or disrupt ad-related operations.
2. Deceptive Content: Promoting misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
3. Network Exploitation: This includes high volumes of similar content across accounts or attempts to display multiple ads simultaneously.
4. Ad Manipulation: Altering ad components to avoid detection is a violation of our policies.
5. Misuse of Public Figures: Using the likeness of public figures to deceive users is not permitted
6. Payment Method Issues: Account suspensions can occur due to using unapproved payment methods or failing to adhere to our payment requirements.
7. Data Collection: Account suspensions can occur when advertisers do not adhere to data collection standards.


the ad gets approved, then the account gets suspended.

That's because the Ads was likely automatically approved by bot but then after human inspection of your account you got banned and your device flagged.

Were you using some kind of VPN? basically this doesn't happen by accident.

Nowadays even for certain White Hat products (health/nutra and such) cloaking is required. You need solid cloaking to be able to run such ads.

I mean solid accounts are obviously required as well. New accounts will instantly get banned.

it's not just about the creatives as you may suppose.

thanks ,, do you think it’s possible to make new accounts stronger by letting them warm up for some time before launching ads?

Yes, but that takes months to warm up accounts and usually I always suggest to use accounts that are at least 2-3 years old.
