Warm up new accounts by only watching, liking, and commenting before posting. Use unique device/IP setups (mobile proxies or real SIMs) and avoid reusing the same videos across accounts without edits.

Try to appear human meaning, maintain a human-like posting rhythm because Facebook has bot-detection technologies. Avoid posting in bursts, and space out posts randomly.

keep multiple accounts on different browser profiles (with different browser fingerprint parameters). Using proxy to change IP address for each account as well, By doing this, you can create isolate working space for each accounts and you can open these profile to mass posting without getiing flagged
 
Space out posts instead of blasting them all at once use scheduling tools to drip content.
Keep activity looking “human”: vary captions, hashtags, and timing.
Stay within platform limits (posting frequency, follows/likes/comments) to avoid spam flags.
