I heard about one where a teenage boy was in the MEN'S bathroom taking a piss, and a little 5 year old girl wandered in there by mistake.. He told her to get out of there, and she started crying and ran outside telling everyone that some man in the bathroom yelled at her. Everyone interpreted this as the guy being in the girl's bathroom and threatening the little girl, and he got carted off to jail without even getting to tell his side of the story. He has to register as a sex offender for life now.

People who commit serious sexual crimes SHOULD be on the sex offender registry. But the problem is that the registry does not make a distinction between someone who rapes a child, and someone who gets caught peeing on the side of the road. That guy will never be able to get a very good job, and will probably have trouble finding a place to live.
 
At least here in Texas you have to be engaging in indecent behavior. If you walk around nude, they will scoop you up and take you in for eval.

Maybe the problem is a matter of personal cleanliness.

I mean you gotta shake , but shake it to long and you are jerking off....its all a matter of interpretation.

How does that even fly? Stupid ass people. I wouldn't have plead guilty to that, it would have been a long ass fight.
 
LOL. It's ok dude if it's only indecent exposure he shouldn't even face jailtime. He should just get a warning or something. lol. :rolleyes:
